No.24/3/96-1 PIg.-In continuation of Haryana Government Notification No.24/3/96-1 PIg., dated 25th October,2001, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to extend the term of the working Group of Plan Evaluation and Progress Appraisal to assist the State Planning Board for a period of one year with effect from 15th October,2002 to 14th October,2003.

Smt. Santosh Gochhi W/o Sh. Dharamvir Singh Ahlawat, V.P.O. Gochi, District Jhajjar was nominated as Non-Official member of Working Group on Plan Evaluation and Progress Appraisal to assist the State Planning Board vide this department notification No.24/3/96-1Plg. dated 15.10.99. Now, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to order that Smt. Santosh Gochhi would cease to be the Non-Official member of the Working Group on Plan Evaluation and Progress Appraisal to assist the Planning Board with immediate effect.
2. The Governor of Haryana is further pleased to nominate Sh. Jita Ram Pal, B.A.L.L.B. S/o Sh. Chandu Lal (working in Kurukshetra University) H.No.681/12, Pal Niwas, Dera Khera near Tara Chand Dharamshala, Kurukshetra as Non-official Member of Working Group on Plan Evaluation and Progress Appraisal to assist the State Planning Board in place of Smt. Santosh Gochhi W/O Sh. Dharavir Singh Ahlawat V.P.O. Gochhi, District Jhajjar with immediate effect.
The composition of the Working Group on Plan Evaluation and Progress Appraisal to assist the State Planning Board with now be as under:-
1. Deputy Chairman, State Planning Board. Chairman
Official Members:-
1. Financial Commissioner and Secretary to Govt. Haryana,Planning Department Member
2. Financial Commissioner and Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Finance Department Member
3. Economic & Statistical Adviser, Haryana Member
4. Representative of the concerned Department whose project scheme is to be Member
evaluated but not below the rank of Head of Department.
5. Officer-on Special Duty, Haryana State Planning Board. Member
Non-Official Members
1. Dr. Zile Singh, Village Uchana, District Jind. Member
2. Sh. Jita Ram Pal, B.A.L.L.B. S/o Sh. Chandu Lal (Working in Member
Kurukshetra University) H.No.681/12, Pal Niwas, Dara Khera,
Near Tara Chand Dharmshala, Kurukshetra.
Functions of Working Group
To assist the Haryana State Planning Board in making critical appraisal and evaluation of the on-going programmes or projects leading to the determination of the extent to which some of the identified on-going programmes or projects being undertaken in the State would need to be continued and to review the progress of implementation of Plan Projects and other development schemes.
2. T.A./D.A. for attending the meeting of the Working Group will be borne by the respective Department to which the member belong. However, the TA/DA to Non-Official Members, for attending the meeting will be admissible as per the notification issued vide No.23/3/96-1Plg. dated 1.12.1999.
3. The term of this Working Group will be upto 14.10.2000.
